Up the coast to Terrigal beach today. Kinda moody scene. 😭🌧️ Dark clouds, random showers, whole sky looking dramatic… but nothing was stopping the swimmers, surfers, or the fishing crew. It’s about an hour north of the city, and honestly still a top-tier tourist spot. The rock formations? Kinda iconic. The sand? Multicoloured in places. Plus there’s a lagoon you can actually swim in. We braved the chaotic A1 motorway traffic (why is it always packed??), made it up there, did the classic beachfront stroll, and grabbed a meal with the fam. Nice moment.
Amongst other visitors to Terrigal are pelicans, dolphins and humpback whales. None of these showed up today unfortunately.
