We’ve taken the train from Epping to Concord West and then spent the morning strolling an Olympic trail. The Olympic park is a very pleasant place to be. Joggers, cyclists, families just enjoying this space. The day started warm and sunny but 15 minutes into our stop at a park shelter for coffee, the rain came down like a hammer.
Still, we remained dry, found a bus to Strathfield, a train to Burwood and consumed lunch at the magnificently named “Wonton Warrior” restaurant.
