Day 8: Downtown tourism on New Year’s Day

It was downtown tourism on New Year’s Day. Massive W to Sydney Metro fr. Gadigal railway station is something else. The space?? Unreal. Corridors spotless. And the toilets??? 5-star behaviour. Meanwhile Transport for London… respectfully, do better babes.

Then pulled up to Sydney Town Hall, produced some immaculate cha siu bau, vibing in the square with flowers, pigeons, and a full tourist NPC crowd. Out of nowhere — lion dancers?? Great character energy. 10/10 commitment.

Wrapped it up at Darling Harbour and hopped on a ferry doing a casual lap of the harbour to Circular Quay

Got some good pics.

It’s been a hot one but Sydney really said ✨aesthetic✨ and meant it.
