Yup, we’re heading North now. Checked out of our New Plymouth motel and hit the road to Hamilton 🚗💨 Tried to see the Three Sisters rocks about 90 mins up but the tide said not today so the walk was a no-go.
Stopped for lunch at the Fat Pigeon Café in Piropiro (name carried harder than the food tbh, but the coffee slapped ☕). After what felt like 100 roadwork stops (seriously, cones everywhere 😭), we finally pulled into Hamilton.
Did a bit of shopping then just dumped our stuff and crashed.
